About Erin Myers

Welcome! I’m Erin a Minni-sconsinite turned accidental Floridian juggling life as a soon-to-be mother of two, entrepreneur’s wife, and resident physician while trying to maintain some semblance of sanity.

Current events plunged an epic monkey wrench into my daily normal, and I am grasping for a means to pick up the pieces and keep moving forward for myself, my family, and my community.

Working with my web savvy husband Geoff, we wanted to put our unique skillsets together to create a point of connection for those seeking a sense of emotional and social grounding during this period of upheaval.

By creating a platform to share daily impulses of shared activity aimed at mindfulness, gratitude, creativity, altruism, and humor we’re hoping to propagate positivity to those open for reception.

By practicing being present in the moment we can remain grounded and stable amidst the uncertainties of life


Through reminding ourselves what matters most we maintain perspective that carries us through when things feel like they’re falling apart


When the world seems to be closing in around us it helps to stretch our mind muscles and remember we are not a prisoner to the walls around us


Taking time to focus on others gives us an opportunity to meaningfully connect despite increasingly isolating and superficial times


Nothing distracts more sincerely or ignites the soul with joy faster than an excuse to smile
